This Marketing Supervisor role coordinates marketing efforts for fast food and upscale food court brands to achieve company objectives by developing and implementing strategies. This role will be reporting to the Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, and Managing directors of the company. Must have at least 5 years of work experience in a consumer-based industry, preferably in Food and Beverage or Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Brand Project Management

Manage end-to-end marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely execution and alignment with overall goals.

  • Collaboration

Work closely with marketing team members and other departments, particularly the operations team, in the implementation of tactics and marketing programs.

  • Brand and Product Development

Identify the needs and wants of the market to create required products for assigned brands. In charge of maintaining the brand’s direction and mapping out a yearlong brand calendar.

  • Team Leadership

Supervise, train, and mentor colleagues within the marketing team.

  • Digital Marketing

Will work closely with the company’s digital marketing team in ensuring the brand efforts are communicated online and attend to customer concerns and feedback.

  • Brand management

Must have an in-depth understanding of the connection of the brands assigned to the consumer to enable sustainable brand growth and development.

  • Product Launch

Able to write communication materials and roll out product launches to operations teams.

  • Menu management

Work on the assigned brand’s product mix to identify slow- and fast-moving items. Must have a strong attention to detail in ensuring menu items are properly listed and priced.

  • Event Management

Oversee marketing concerns for store openings, including grand opening activations and brand relaunch.

  • Trade Marketing

Develop and execute trade marketing initiatives by coordinating with local store marketing point persons internally and externally.
