We are looking for a Sales Service Engineer to join the team in Davao. The ideal candidate has a background in selling machinery or industrial equipment. Experience in selling industrial air systems is a plus but not required. This role involves managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting a range of service products.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with leads and analyze existing installations to identify sales opportunities.
- Prepare and present customized proposals for spare parts and service products.
- Collaborate with equipment sales teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
- Promote additional products and services through telesales, email campaigns, and market research.
- Generate new leads and drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payment collection.
- Experience in sales or marketing of industrial products.
- Knowledge of compressed air systems is an advantage.
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in digital tools and solution selling.
- Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven.
