Human Resources Operations

  • Maintain and update the HRIS with accurate employee data including hiring, transfers, evaluations, and terminations.
  • Support recruitment process for branch expansions and replacements—job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding.
  • Administer salary and benefits programs in coordination with head office policies and regional regulation.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.

Work Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Officer role.
  • Experience in field operations or multi-branch support is an advantage.
  • Exposure to microfinance, lending, banking, or cooperative industries is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE compliance.
  • Proficient in HR processes such as recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, payroll coordination, and HRIS management.
  • Skilled in preparing HR reports, metrics, and analytics.
  • Computer literate; proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
