1. Handling employee relations issues, such as resolving conflict and investigating complaints. 

2. Represents the Company in DOLE, NLRC or in any institution with or without conflicting issues to resolve. 

3. Performs DOLE reports and compliances. 

4. Administer performance management programs. 

5. Effective communication with employees at all levels of the organization. 

6. Help the human resource department with various HR processes. 

7. Develop and implement employee training programs 

8. Improve the HR administration process 

9. Help in recruiting and training new employees 

10. Onboard new employees, conducting orientation sessions, and employee engagement sessions 


  • Strong communication skills. He/she needs to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization. They also need to handle difficult conversations, such as performance reviews or disciplinary action. 
  • Solid organization skills. He/she will juggle multiple tasks and prioritize their work. He/she must be comfortable working with data and have strong attention to detail. 
  • Good people skills. He/she must have the ability to build relationships with employees and create a positive work environment. 
  • Education: At least a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field. 
  • Experience. 3 years and above 
  • Proficiency. Solid grip on helping senior management, HR teams, and other HR professionals in strategic planning. 
  • Flexible. Management may assign task from time to time
