  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the management and operations team.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and files.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other company documents.
  • Update and maintain databases, attendance records, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and site arrangements.
  • Support HR tasks such as staff attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll documentation.
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors on administrative matters.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including stationery and inventory management.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.


Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Prior experience in admin or construction industry is an advantage.


Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
  • Saturday: 8.30am – 12.30pm
