Fullstack Blockchain Developer with MERN stack and Solana/Rust

We are looking for an experienced Web3 Developer to help enhance and optimize our existing decentralized job marketplace built on the Solana blockchain. The platform is developed with React, Node.js, MongoDB, and Solana smart contracts (Rust). Your role will include improving performance, refining smart contract logic, upgrading the UI/UX, and adding new features such as wallet enhancements and real-time updates.
