- Assist in planning, organizing and conducting product knowledge trainings for store staff, promodisers and other retail partners.
- Ensure training materials are updated, accurate and aligned with current marketing campaigns and product releases.
- Assist in the planning and execution of in-store events, product launches, and marketing activations.
- Conduct store visits to monitor visual merchandising, product analysis, and promotional compliance.
- Manage communication with store teams, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Responsibilities also include documentation and reporting on store visit findings, offering recommendations, and supplying related photos for management review.
- Support the Marketing Head in preparing and maintaining monthly activity summaries and reports, budget monitoring, and internal coordination.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Marketing Head in support of departmental objectives.
- Basic Relationship
- Reports to the Marketing Officer.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience.
- With above average leadership, management and people handling skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills & design skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can speak Chinese is an advantage.
- Computer literate
- Excellent in sketching, model construction and technical drawing
- Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Adobe inDesign, Autodesk AutoCAD and Autodesk 3DSMAX is an advantage.
