PeopleSoft Developer

We are seeking a PeopleSoft Programmer Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in PeopleSoft development and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skillset Requirements / Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of programming experience in PeopleTools and PeopleCode
• Proficient in Application Engine, Component Interface, and SQR
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Oracle DB
• Familiarity with DB2 or Mainframe is a plus
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule as needed
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and Jira is a plus

Duties and Responsibilities:

Include, but are not limited to:

• Develop or enhance component and system-level applications in the PeopleSoft environment, following the full software development lifecycle
• Analyze functional and technical requirements, design, code, debug applications, integrate components, and perform quality assurance testing
• Deploy applications to test and production environments and transition to production support groups
• Maintain and update all relevant documentation and artifacts
• Provide inputs and updates for project planning and management
• Work collaboratively in a team environment, reporting to PS Support or Dev & Maintenance
• Make sound decisions under pressure based on incomplete information while maintaining project focus
• Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments
