Location: Any CS Branch - Angeles, Mabalacat, Makati, Ortigas, Davao, Cebu

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator with strong knowledge of Australian legislation, contract standards, and industry practices. The successful candidate will support end-to-end contract management across multiple projects, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficient coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and variations.
- Interpret and apply Australian contract standards (AS2124, AS4000, AS4300, etc.).
- Manage RFQs, tender documentation, scopes of work, and procurement activities.
- Track project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting in line with Australian financial requirements.
- Maintain contract registers, documentation, and approval workflows.
- Liaise with project managers, finance teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and timelines.
- Process progress claims, invoices, and payments.
- Support dispute resolution and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of Contracts Administration experience in Australia.
- Strong understanding of Australian construction standards, legislation, and procurement processes.
- Experience working with contract forms such as AS2124, AS4000, AS4300, MBA, HIA, or similar.
- Solid budget management, cost tracking, and financial reporting skills.
- close attention to detail and strong document management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management or construction software (e.g., Procore, Aconex, MS Project, Jobpac, Cheops).
- Proficiency with Real estate contracts and also General contracts.
Qualifications
- Degree in Construction Management, Business, Law, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Additional training or certification in contract law or procurement is highly advantageous.
