Description

  • Provide exceptional technical support to customers regarding consumer electronics products.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues over the phone, via email, or through chat.
  • Educate customers on product features and best practices to enhance user experience.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve support processes.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience Level: at least 6 months of BPO experience if below 2 years college
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills and technical support capabilities.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent negotiation and time management skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: In-depth product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple support requests.
