Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain a consistent user tagging system (demographics, behavior, retention, channels, etc.)
- Execute activation, retention, conversion, and re-engagement strategies through targeted segmentation
- Develop user personas, scenarios, and clear user journeys with defined touchpoints
- Work with Data, Product, Content, and Channel teams to refine operations based on insights
- Manage end-to-end operations—from planning and execution to evaluation; track key metrics (activity, retention, LTV, ROI)
- Build and manage dashboards; deliver regular operational reports and insights
- Monitor user feedback and health; create risk alerts and response plans
- Support product improvements with UX insights and close the ops–product loop
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analysis, or Business.
- Experience: 2–5+ years in User Operations, Growth Hacking, Product Operations, or Data Analysis; experience in segmentation and retention is an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong data-driven mindset; proficient in Excel/SQL/Python/R and BI tools (Tableau/Looker/Power BI)
- Able to build/manage user tagging systems; basic data modeling
- Skilled in campaign design, execution, and A/B testing
- Strong cross-functional communication and project management
- Good market awareness to align strategies with business goals
