Role Overview
You will take ownership of our online brand presence from strategy to execution. This includes planning campaigns, designing visuals, editing short-form videos, publishing content, and monitoring performance. You will also support lead generation by conducting scripted outreach to help fill our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy – develop monthly content calendars, engagement plans, and growth tactics.
- Content Creation – produce branded graphics using Canva, edit short-form videos via CapCut, and craft marketing emails in HubSpot.
- Publishing & Scheduling – manage posting across all channels and maintain a consistent content queue.
- Analytics & Reporting – track weekly performance, identify insights, and optimize content strategy.
- Branding Support – ensure all visuals and copy strictly follow brand guidelines.
- Lead-Generation Outreach – send scripted cold messages through LinkedIn, email, or calls to book qualified meetings for the CEO or Business Development team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Working knowledge of HubSpot marketing tools.
- Strong graphic design sense; basic proficiency in short-form video editing.
- Strong command of written English for clear, concise, brand-aligned copy.
- Comfortable working with outreach KPIs and lead-generation activities.
- Tool proficiency: HubSpot, Canva, CapCut, Google Workspace.
- Reliable internet connection and laptop suitable for remote work.
