TIBCO BusinessWorks Application Developer

As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing solutions, and ensuring that applications function effectively to support organizational goals. You will also participate in discussions to share insights and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

- Document application processes and updates to maintain clear communication within the team.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance application development processes.

- Provide support and training to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of new applications.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks.

- Strong understanding of application integration and development methodologies.

- Experience with web services and API development.

- Familiarity with database management and SQL.

- Knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Must have and Good to have skills:

Strong in TIBCO

Strong communication skills

Number of years experiences needed: 7+ years of experience

No. of hours per week: 45 Hours

Shift Schedule: Night shift role; 9pm to 6am

Work Set up: Hybrid

Number of days in a month or week that needs to be in the office: Twice per week

Location (During onsite): Uptown Tower 2 9F
