Process Engineer Lead (Mandarin Speaker)

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, optimize, and certify industrial manufacturing processes to meet operational and quality standards.
• Design and modify production process layouts, including process flow, machinery arrangement, and quality control systems to support product changes and efficiency improvements.
• Lead and initiate problem-solving activities using PDCA / DMAIC methodologies; prepare structured reports such as Is/Is Not, Why-Why, 4M1E, and 8D analyses to address process abnormalities, yield loss, and production defects.
• Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives by testing, evaluating, and modifying processes as required.
• Conduct research and data analysis to evaluate process effectiveness, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Establish and implement production safety guidelines and procedures for the handling of hazardous materials and chemicals.
• Ensure compliance with Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) policies, as well as company, industry, and government regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise a team of 2–3 engineers.
• Results-oriented with demonstrated capability to drive teams to achieve and exceed production KPIs.
• Strong technical skills in machine setup, troubleshooting, maintenance, production quality control, and engineering analysis.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write Chinese.
