Public Opinion Monitoring Specialist

Job Description:

• Monitor online platforms, social media channels, forums, and messaging groups to track public discussions and sentiment.
• Identify emerging topics, trends, and potential reputation risks.
• Detect and flag negative feedback, sensitive discussions, or issues that may require attention.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data from various online sources.
• Prepare daily or weekly reports summarizing public opinion trends and key insights.
• Maintain documentation of relevant discussions and supporting records for reporting.
• Provide recommendations based on observed sentiment and online activity.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely awareness of important developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in social media monitoring, online research, or public opinion analysis is required.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written communication and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (FB, Ig, Tiktok, X, Youtube), online forums, and digital communities (Viber, Telegram, Discord, etc.).
• Ability to identify trends and summarize large amounts of information clearly.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Amenable to work onsite in BGC.
