About the Role:


We are looking for a Fullstack Developer who can take ownership of both frontend and backend development while helping drive AI integration across our web and mobile applications. This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will build end-to-end features, collaborate across teams, and ensure we are delivering scalable, reliable, and AI-enhanced products.


You will play a key role in bridging modern frontend experiences with robust backend systems and practical AI applications.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications (frontend and backend)
  • Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., Next.js)
  • Develop and maintain scalable APIs, databases, and backend services
  • Collaborate closely with designers, QA, and product teams to deliver end-to-end features
  • Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party APIs


Requirements:


  • Strong fullstack development experience (Laravel, Node.js, NestJS, Next.js)
  • Solid experience building modern frontend applications (React/Next.js)
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integrations
  • Familiarity with AWS deployment and infrastructure
  • Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
  • Strong grasp of scalability, performance, and security best practices
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and services
  • Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Cebu-based or willing to relocate 


Nice to Have (Optional):


  • Experience with Ruby on Rails
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Make.com)
  • Exposure to frontend technologies (Flutter, Next.js)
  • Experience with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Sentry)
  • Experience integrating AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, or similar)
  • Ability to structure prompts and handle AI responses effectively
  • Understanding of embeddings, context handling, and limitations of AI systems
  • Experience building AI-powered features in real applications is a strong advantage
