Mai's story is not unique. It’s the story of a generation of ambitious individuals who see wealth being generated in real estate but are left on the outside looking in. They seek stability and a tangible stake in the future, but the barriers are too high.

Together, LandZen embodies our core mission: to provide a safe and secure gateway for anyone, anywhere, to invest in land.

LandZen is a real-world asset platform that transforms real estate investment into a secure and accessible venture using NFTs. We acquire properties and issue a limited series of Investment NFTs for each one, allowing users to purchase a direct fractional stake.

Each NFT acts as a verifiable key that grants:

  • A proportional share of monthly rental income

  • The ability to redeem the original investment principal from our secure vault at the end of the term

This creates recurring passive income, potential upside from property appreciation, and a powerful safety net for initial capital.


How It Works: A Transparent & Secure Process

The investment lifecycle is structured in four stages:

Stage 1: Asset Sourcing and Due Diligence

  • Identify and evaluate assets based on strict criteria: location, rental yield, appreciation prospects

  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence (legal, structural, financial)

Stage 2: Legal Structuring and Tokenization

  • Acquire the property and place it into a distinct legal entity

  • Mint a finite series of Investment NFTs equal to the property’s acquisition cost

Stage 3: Asset Management and Yield Generation

  • LandZen manages tenants, maintenance, and administration

  • Goal: maximize consistent rental income

Stage 4: Principal Redemption and Profit Distribution

  • Principal Repayment: Return the original investment

  • Profit Distribution: Net profit from property sales shared between NFT holders and LandZen per a pre-disclosed ratio
