MantleRealFi is a Mantle-native Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization platform that enables fractional ownership of tokenized real estate and bonds.

Key Features:

- ERC-7540 Async Vaults - Deposit/redemption with T+1 settlement delay

- Dual-Tranche System - Junior (8% APY, first-loss) & Senior (6% APY, protected)

- 4:1 Leverage Ratio - Risk management via VaultController

- KYC/UID System - Soulbound NFT for identity verification

- MNT Rewards - Liquidity incentives (5% Junior, 2.5% Senior)

- Waterfall Yield Distribution - Senior paid first, Junior absorbs losses

Architecture:

- Frontend: Next.js 16 + React 19 + Wagmi

- Backend: Express.js + TypeScript + Prisma + PostgreSQL

- Smart Contracts: Solidity 0.8.24 + Hardhat + OpenZeppelin 5.1

Business Model:

Revenue from management fees (0.5-2% AUM), performance fees (10-20% of yield), pool creation fees, and transaction fees.

Inspired by Goldfinch's $1B+ TVL success, optimized for Mantle L2.

Progress During Hackathon

During this hackathon, we built a complete RWA tokenization platform from scratch: ✅ Smart Contracts (12 contracts deployed to Mantle Sepolia): - RWAVault.sol - ERC-7540 async vault with ERC-4626 compatibility - VaultController.sol - Multi-tranche management & 4:1 leverage enforcement - YieldDistributor.sol - Waterfall yield distribution - UID.sol - KYC soulbound NFT - RewardPool.sol - MNT token rewards - RealEstateOracle.sol - Chainlink integration ✅ Backend API (16 services): Auth, Investment, KYC, Yield, Compliance, Risk Management, etc. ✅ Frontend Dashboard: Pool discovery, investment flow, portfolio tracking, async request monitoring ✅ Database: 20+ Prisma models for users, pools, investments, yields, compliance logs ✅ Full Integration: End-to-end flow working: Wallet connect → KYC → Invest → Claim yield All contracts verified on Mantle Sepolia Explorer.

Fundraising Status

Not actively fundraising. Currently in hackathon/development phase. Open to grants and ecosystem funding from Mantle Network to support mainnet deployment and real asset integration.
