Description

The problem ExecFi solves

Onboarding to Web3 gaming remains complex and intimidating for most users. Traditional GameFi platforms force players to create wallets, manage private keys, sign every transaction, and pay unpredictable gas fees — all before they can even start playing. This friction discourages mainstream users and limits Web3 adoption.

Moreover, existing GameFi projects are fragmented: each game runs in isolation, lacks interoperability, and rarely rewards players beyond in-game points. There’s no unified identity or XP system that connects games together or recognizes a player’s progress across an ecosystem.

Our Solution

We built a GameFi Gaming Hub — an AI-powered, OS-themed platform where users can swap, transfer, and bridge assets instantly without dealing with wallets or signatures. By integrating Privy and Coinbase Smart Wallets, users simply log in with their email; wallets are auto-generated in the background, and all transactions are signless through our AI-driven terminal interface.

The experience is UX-friendly and Web2-simple, yet fully decentralized under the hood. Players focus purely on gameplay, not wallet management.

Inside the hub, we’ve launched three interconnected games, all using a unified XP system:

  1. DegenShooter a provably fair risk-reward game where players choose their bet and rows (2–7), decide when to cash out, and can verify fairness on-chain.

  2. CoinFlip – a provably fair coin toss with scalable multipliers and tiered minimum bets; winners receive multiplied rewards and XP.

  3. Malware Defense – weekly OS-themed quests where players protect the system from “malware” for XP rewards (optional side game).

All XP earned contributes to a cross-game leaderboard and will later translate into on-chain rewards for active users.

In short, we’re solving the accessibility problem of Web3 gaming — merging the simplicity of Web2 onboarding with the transparency, ownership, and interoperability of Web3.

Challenges we ran into

One of the main challenges we faced was building a signless transaction system that works without account abstraction, while remaining compatible with multiple wallet types — including Coinbase Smart Wallet, which is optional via our Privy integration. We had to ensure that users who log in with email could still transact seamlessly even without connecting a Coinbase wallet.

We encountered issues with session persistence and wallet context management, ensuring users stay authenticated and can play without re-signing after page reloads. Additionally, when implementing the provably fair system for games like DegenShooter and CoinFlip, we needed to balance public verifiability (through a seed + hash mechanism) with fast, intuitive gameplay.

We solved these challenges by developing a custom provider wrapper that allows automatic signless transactions, and by rewriting our auth flow to work for both Coinbase and non-Coinbase users. For fairness, we built an off-chain verification module to validate each game hash before showing the result to the player.

What is your product’s unique value proposition?

Our product delivers a frictionless GameFi experience — players can instantly play, swap, transfer, and bridge assets without creating a wallet or signing transactions. Through Privy integration, wallets are auto-generated upon email login, and users can optionally connect their Coinbase Smart Wallet for a full Web3 experience.

Our unique value lies in combining an AI-powered terminal UX, provably fair games, and a cross-game XP system — all within a single connected hub. Unlike typical isolated GameFi projects, our system unifies multiple games and DeFi actions under one XP identity, turning user activity into meaningful, on-chain progress.

Our alpha build already validates this value:

Fully functional signless transactions with secure execution.

Provably fair results verifiable by every player.

XP earned from different games accumulates into one unified profile.

The terminal interface simplifies onboarding, making Web3 feel as intuitive as Web2.

By merging AI-assisted UX, transparent game logic, and unified rewards, our platform redefines Web3 gaming as accessible, intelligent, and rewarding.

Who is your target customer?

Our target audience is simple: people who want to play and interact on-chain without the friction.

We’re building for:

Casual Web2 players who want to try Web3 games but don’t want to deal with wallets or signatures.

Degen users who love high-risk, provably fair games with real on-chain rewards.

And GameFi builders or communities who want to connect their games into a shared XP ecosystem.

The idea is that anyone — whether a Web2 gamer or a hardcore degen — can just log in, play, and earn XP without worrying about wallets, seed phrases, or gas.
They focus on the fun, and the system handles the rest.

How Your Product Differs / Stands Out

Here’s how your GameFi Gaming Hub differs from BAES:

Gameplay + Betting Mechanics: Your platform includes built-in games (DegenShooter, CoinFlip, Malware Quest) with provably fair mechanics, betting, multipliers and XP rewards. BAES is more about game ownership and marketplace rather than embedded betting or GameFi mechanics.

Seamless Onboarding & Sign-less Flow: You enable users to login with email, auto-generate wallets, and use swap/transfer/bridge without needing to deeply manage wallets or signatures. BAES requires users to engage with digital asset ownership and presumably wallet management.

Unified Hub with DeFi Features: Your product includes swap, transfer and bridge features (enabled via integration like Privy) directly in platform, making asset flow easy. BAES is more focused on publishing & ownership rather than integrated DeFi + gameplay.

Cross-Game XP & Reward System: You provide an XP system across multiple games, so users’ activity is recognized and rewarded across the hub. BAES doesn’t appear to emphasise cross-game progression or unified XP across titles.

Targeting Multiple User Types (Web2 casual + degen): Your product targets both casual gamers and degen users with a flexible onboarding model. BAES is more specialised on blockchain gamers/asset-owners and may have higher entry barriers.

What is your distribution strategy and why?

Our distribution strategy is community-driven and partnership-oriented, rather than relying on paid ads.
We’re building on the Base ecosystem, so our initial users are naturally degen players, Web3 gamers, and builders already active within that community.

We’ll reach them through:

  • Community launches and hackathon showcases within Base.

  • Partnerships with indie game developers and small Web3 projects that want to integrate our XP system.

  • Community engagement on X (Twitter) and Discord, focusing on awareness and education around the signless GameFi experience and frictionless gameplay.

  • XP-based onboarding campaigns, where players instantly earn XP by simply logging in and playing their first game.

This approach fits perfectly because our product grows best when the community itself drives adoption — every gamer, degen, and builder becomes part of the ecosystem, not just a user.
