Job Requirements:
Thai National can speak English located in PH or Abroad
Filipino can speak, read and write Thai language
Open for Degree holder, undergraduate or Highschool graduate
With experience in Customer Service is a plus
Willing to work in Pasay
Willing to work in Shifting schedule
Job Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls, email and chats for the customers.
Handling inquiries related to the orders, product information, returns in a timely manner
Resolve customers complaints and concern about the product
Provide information on the brand values, offerings and policies accurately
Ensure that the team targets are met.
