Business Development Manager

1. Develop and execute business strategies to achieve annual revenue targets.
2. Acquire and manage partnerships with exchanges, institutional clients, and local KOLs.
3. Lead multi-million-dollar negotiations and resource integration.
4. Build and scale a global business team from scratch.
5. Assist in promoting the improvement of the company's related products.
6. Any other tasks assigned by CEO.
1. at least 1+ years of team management experience and 3+ years in crypto business development (APAC/EMEA markets preferred).
2. Existing network of local KOLs and exchange partners, with a proven track record of $1M+ deals.
3. Strategic thinker with flawless execution, good communication skills and collaborative spirit.
4. Fluent in English at the level of business negotiation, Chinese/Mandarin is a plus, to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
