MARKETING DATA ANALYST - 3 YRS EXPERIENCE

Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
● At least 3 years experience
● Fresh graduates with strong data experience (internships, coursework, or projects) are encouraged to apply.
● Proficiency in Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
● Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, LTV, DAU).
● Experience in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, CRM tools is a plus.
● Knowledge of SQL and data querying is a plus but not required.
● Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work with large datasets.
● Experience in sportsbook, casino, or digital
Key Responsibilities:
● Data Collection & Reporting – Gather and consolidate marketing performance data from Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic DSPs, and CRM tools.
● Performance Dashboards & Visualization – Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and reports using Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to track CTR, CPC, ROAS, DAU, and retention rates.
● Campaign Performance Analysis – Analyze paid media, organic traffic, and CRM data to generate actionable insights that optimize marketing strategies.
● Data Accuracy & Validation – Ensure data integrity by cross-referencing sources and validating campaign performance metrics.
● A/B Testing & Experiment Tracking – Monitor and report on A/B test results for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
● Budget & Spend Analysis – Track ad spend vs. performance efficiency, assisting in budget allocation and ROI optimization.
● Custom Reports & Insights – Provide weekly and monthly reports, identifying trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
● Collaboration & Stakeholder Support – Work with Performance Marketing,
