Data Analyst | Hybrid

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for managing customer and territory data, ensuring high levels of accuracy, integrity, and availability. You will also support the Regional Sales Analyst with data reporting and analysis for various business projects. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, is highly organized, and has experience working with CRM and BI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer and territory data enrichment and cleanup from various sources
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Analysts to support data review and reporting needs
• Perform customer data cleansing and communicate progress with stakeholders
• Provide sales territory and coverage analysis to identify gaps
• Maintain sales hierarchy (new hires, transfers, terminations, etc.)
• Evaluate sales channel coverage for effective campaign and opportunity assignments
• Respond to data discrepancy requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Support development of SOPs for consistent data processes
• Identify and resolve data quality issues related to accuracy, uniqueness, and consistency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role
• Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
