Description

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose hardware/software faults.
  • Assist users in resolving IT-related inquiries and ensure an efficient user experience.
  • Document IT support interactions and maintain a knowledge base for common issues.
  • Setup and configure new devices and peripherals as needed.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities and good communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Qualities and Traits: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
