RealTera

RealTera is a real-estate trust layer that turns fragmented, editable online information into decision-ready due diligence. Instead of acting like a marketplace, RealTera aggregates public and partner-provided data, normalizes it into comparable fields, and produces transparent ratings for projects and developers (0–100 score with clear criteria and evidence attached). The core innovation is verifiable history: every evaluation generates an evidence bundle, then we store a cryptographic fingerprint (hash) and timestamp on Mantle so results cannot be silently changed later. Users can verify what was true at a specific point in time and track version updates when new evidence appears.

How it works:

• Evidence-first scoring: each score is backed by a documented evidence set; missing evidence is explicitly labeled.

• Source trust system: sources are tiered (official/legal disclosures higher weight; social/reviews lower weight) and cross-checked for consistency.

• On-chain integrity: store hashes, version links, issuer signature, methodology/schema hash, and an off-chain pointer (CID/URL). Sensitive documents stay off-chain (redacted/encrypted), with only integrity proofs on-chain.

• Dispute + versioning: contested claims trigger a dispute record and a new attested version, preserving the full audit trail.

Why Mantle:

• Low fees enable frequent attestations and real usage (verification transactions).

• EVM compatibility makes integration straightforward for partners and future RWA workflows.

Product surface (MVP/prototype scope):

• Project ratings, developer scorecards, compare/watchlist, market heat indicators, and paid due-diligence reports.

• B2C: subscriptions + one-time reports. B2B: data + verification API for partners (brokerages, analysts, RWA platforms).
