Project Manager

• Manage web & mobile development projects with top-down oversight throughout

entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of

scope, budget, and timeline

• Coordinate activities throughout the software development life cycle (Waterfall or

Agile)

• Able to plan the timeline for end-to-end project execution and assist in

enforcement of project deadlines and schedules

• Conduct workshops to gather requirements from stakeholders, analyze the

requirements, provide strategic insights that drive better targeting to meet

marketing and business objectives

• Communicate with stakeholders and manage project resources and

environments to ensure successful end-to-end delivery

• Collaborate with developers, quality assurance analysts and IT operations

members to ensure seamless delivery

• Works closely with Project Manager/s to deliver agreed scope through managing

business analysis activities

• Prepare project documentation such as User Requirement Specification,

Functional Specification, Test Plan, etc...

• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope

• Working closely with Product Owner(s) to maintain roadmaps, product backlogs

and establish priorities

• Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to sponsor and

project team

• Monitor project process

Key selection criteria

EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years working experience preferred

• Experience in automotive industry is an added advantage

• Experience working in a PMO organization is a plus

• Experience using tools like JIRA and other Atlassian tools is a plus

• Experience with Frontend such as iOS/Android and Web is plus
