About the role

Build and maintain strategic business relationships with key transportation and utility organisations, including KTMB, Prasarana, SADA and PBA. The role involves representing the organisation in meetings and presentations, strengthening stakeholder engagement and ensuring timely follow-up on claims.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain business relationships with KTMB, Prasarana, SADA and PBA

  • Attend business meetings and presentations with clients, partners and stakeholders

  • Follow up on claims and coordinate timely resolution with relevant parties

  • Maintain accurate records of stakeholder communications, meetings and claim progress

  • Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and support business growth

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Confidence in attending meetings and delivering presentations

  • Good follow-up, coordination and organisational skills

  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and track claims effectively
