A marketplace and issuance engine for tokenized structured notes: hedge risk or gain exposure to tokenized assets and RWAs, in any market.
Notes.markets is a structured-notes marketplace and issuance engine. Issuers create tokenized notes; investors use them to hedge, or to gain exposure to tokenized stocks, crypto and other real-world assets, with outcomes set for rising, flat or falling markets.
Notes are issued and run on Arbitrum. Each note is a workflow compiled to the chain: subscriptions, coupons, early repayment and redemption all follow its terms. Chainlink CRE acts as the calculation and paying agent, fixing strikes and observing prices on each date. Issuers raise stablecoin funding against collateral they pledge, and fund each payment when it falls due. If a payment is missed, the collateral goes to holders automatically. Collateral doesn't have to move. It can stay locked on the chain where it lives, such as tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain, with Chainlink CCIP and CRE coordinating locks, margin checks and releases across chains. Notes can draw on the RWAs native to each chain without wrapping or bridging them. Live on Arbitrum Sepolia and Robinhood Chain testnet at notes.markets.
