Cross-Subnet Workflow Orchestration Network (C-SWON)

Bittensor has 100+ subnets but lacks seamless workflow composition. SWON lets miners propose multi-subnet plans, validated by success/cost/latency, optimizing AI orchestration through competition.

Description

Cross-Subnet Workflow Orchestration Network (SWON)

"Zapier for Subnets" - The infrastructure layer that turns Bittensor's 100+ AI subnets into a composable operating system

Summary

Problem: Bittensor hosts 100+ specialized subnets (text, code, inference, agents, data), but there is no native way to compose them into reliable end-to-end workflows. Builders manually wire calls, guess optimal routing, and lack objective benchmarks for orchestration quality.

Solution: SWON is a subnet where the mined commodity is optimal workflow policies—miners propose multi-subnet execution plans (DAGs), validators score them on task success/cost/latency, and the network learns the best orchestration strategies through competition.

Value Proposition: Transform Bittensor from a collection of isolated services into a composable AI operating system where optimal routing becomes first-class intelligence.
