The on-chain OS for Industrial 5.0 trade: an AI agent verifies shipment documents and its signed attestation gates settlement, invoice financing, insurance, compliance, and the EU Digital Product Pa

ProofChain turns AI verification into an on-chain trust primitive for real-world trade. Suppliers record shipment provenance on-chain; a multi-skill AI agent parses trade documents (invoice, bill of lading, certificate of origin, customs, lab reports, and more), cross-checks them against the on-chain trail, and writes a signed, deterministically-reconciled attestation. That attestation gates everything downstream: a SettlementEscrow releases stablecoin payment only for verified shipments; invoices become financeable (factoring, pooled lending, securitization); insurance pays out; compliance clears; and an EU Digital Product Passport is issued.
It's a full platform — ~120 integrated smart contracts across 19 modules (provenance, settlement, identity, reputation, invoice finance/RWA, trade finance, compliance, DPP, logistics, commodities, energy/ESG, workforce, insurance, governance, marketplace, data/oracle, rewards), a multi-skill AI verification engine, a backend API + event indexer, and a ~120-page product dApp. Deployed live on Ethereum Sepolia with an end-to-end proven on-chain.
Built entirely during the hackathon (repo created fresh, full commit history):
- 120 Solidity contracts across 19 modules (interfaces-first + on-chain AddressBook registry), 1,468 Foundry tests
- Multi-skill AI verification engine: 15+ document parsers, cross-check packs, risk models, scoring with deterministic reconciliation, 8 pipelines
- Backend API (~98 routes, ~52 services) + event indexer; per-domain data layer
- ~120-page dApp on a full design system
- ~2,945 tests passing; typecheck + next build green
- Deployed all 117 contracts LIVE to Ethereum Sepolia and verified a full end-to-end on-chain: register → attest (score 9600) → fund → settle → Released, supplier paid 1000 USDC autonomously
