Backend Developer

The Software Analyst Support role focuses on providing back-end systems support, including CRM troubleshooting and minor scripting work. This position requires a foundational understanding of SQL, XML, and back-end infrastructure to resolve technical issues and enhance system reliability. You will also work closely with clients during workshops and consultations, providing analytical insights and technical assistance. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Support: Troubleshoot back-end system and CRM-related issues.
2. Data Handling: Work with basic SQL queries and XML transformations for reporting and support tasks.
3. Client Interaction: Assist in client-facing workshops and consultations, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail.
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system issues, solutions, and change requests.
5. Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and propose workflow or system improvements.
6. Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other teams to ensure technical issues are resolved efficiently.
7. Problem Solving: Analyze system errors and determine root causes for long-term resolutions.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years in technical support or software analysis.
•  Basic knowledge of SQL and CRM systems.
•  Familiarity with scripting and XML transformation.
