Social Media Associate

岗位职责：

短视频创作：负责 TikTok & X 短视频的编辑、创作 & 发布，提升品牌曝光度 & 社区活跃度。

资源拓展：利用你的 BD 资源，拓展并维护 KOL & 社区合作，特别是印度的推广。

社区活动策划：策划 & 组织 AMA、互动讨论、问答活动，吸引用户加入 DEX 生态，促进社区增长。

社媒策略优化：关注市场趋势，结合热点内容，优化社媒运营策略，让内容更具吸引力。

AI 生态认知：了解 AI Agent 在 Web3 领域的应用，对 DEX + Gaming + AI 生态 有一定认知，并结合前沿科技趋势优化推广策略。

岗位要求：

熟悉AI Agent 相关概念。

擅长短视频创意制作 & 社媒运营，有爆款内容经验更佳！

有一定的 BD 资源，尤其擅长开拓印度市场。

具备优秀的沟通能力，能与 KOL、社区成员 & 项目方 保持良好互动。

英语 Native 水平，能流畅进行全球市场的 书面 & 口头沟通，擅长面向国际用户进行内容传播。

有运营过加密相关社媒账号（TikTok & Twitter）的经验者优先。

Job Responsibilities:

Short Video Creation: Responsible for the editing, creation and release of TikTok & X short videos, to increase brand exposure & community activity.

Resource Development: Use your BD resources to expand and maintain KOL & community cooperation, especially the promotion of the Indian & Brazilian markets.

Community Event Planning: Plan & organize AMA, interactive discussions, Q&A activities to attract users to join the DEX ecosystem and promote community growth.

Social Media Strategy Optimization: Pay attention to market trends, combine hot content, optimize social media operation strategies, and make content more attractive.

AI Ecosystem Cognition: Understand the application of AI Agent in the Web3 field, have a certain understanding of the DEX + Gaming + AI ecosystem, and optimize promotion strategies in combination with cutting-edge technology trends.

Job Requirements:

Familiar AI Agent.

Good at short video creative production & social media operation, experience in hot content is preferred!

Have certain BD resources, especially good at developing the Indian markets.

Have excellent communication skills and be able to maintain good interaction with KOLs, community members & project parties.

Native English level, can fluently communicate in written & oral communication in the global market, good at content dissemination to international users.

Those who have experience in operating crypto-related social media accounts (TikTok & Twitter) are preferred.
