The Breast Cancer Prediction App is a smart, AI-powered web application designed to predict whether a breast tumor is Malignant or Benign using 30 numerical features derived from medical imaging data. At its core is a deep learning model trained on the Breast Cancer Wisconsin Dataset, achieving an impressive 97% accuracy on the test set.

To take this app from great to game-changing, we are working on:

Doctor-Patient Consultation Feature: Enabling virtual consultation support to discuss reports and seek expert insights right within the app.

Downloadable Cancer Detection Reports: Users will be able to download a detailed PDF report of the prediction for future reference or sharing with medical professionals.

Improved UI/UX: Streamlining the user experience for better accessibility and performance on different devices.

Goal:

This app aims to be more than just a prediction tool—it’s a support system for early detection and diagnosis, helping medical professionals and patients get a faster, AI-assisted second opinion in just a few clicks.

Tiến độ hackathon

We’ve built the primary architecture of the app, which includes: A clean, user-friendly frontend for input collection. A deployed ML model hosted on Hugging Face Spaces that gives real-time predictions with confidence scores. Successfully integrated input parameters like mean radius, texture, perimeter, smoothness, etc., and validated the predictions with excellent results.
